LOIS SPINELLA - CEO

Lois Spinella- ordained minister working with community, generational program and multi national groups for 35 years. I am a marriage celebrant and Associate Chaplain with Chaplaincy Australia. I serve as a regional leader of over 40 multi national churches within our northern region working with ministers.

My role as the CEO is to support our E Care Vic Operations Director to be able to identify and meet the needs of hurting and vulnerable people within our community. Together, we can make a difference.

I believe that we have a responsibility to lift people up out of their Current life circumstances, adding value and giving them a safe place where there is no judgment. Everyone is welcomed, everyone has a story and we are here to listen and hopefully lift them into a place of peace and safety. Being part of Encompass care Vic is such a wonderful place where I can make a difference.

I am a farmer’s daughter from country Queensland. Coming to Victoria and being immersed in our multi-cultural city has added a whole new dimension to the way I do life. I am learning constantly from the life of immigrants, single parents and those who are doing life tough.
